Gerald Blaise Burke of Olds (formerly of Carstairs), Alberta, passed away at the Olds Hospital and Care Center on June 22, 2025, at the age of 76 years.

Gerald was born in Seaview, Nova Scotia, on February 2, 1949.

Gerald is survived by his loving wife, Delores; son, Jerry (Joelle) of Carstairs; daughter, Kendra Weitz of Bowden; grandchildren, Blaze and Knoxx Weitz; Dean Weitz of Carstairs; his sisters, Clare Bouchard, Ann Martin, and Judy (Melvin) Carter; brothers, Peter “Sonny” (Shirley), Ronald “Ronnie” (Doreen), Gary (Emma), Calvin (Nancy), as well as other family and friends.

Gerald was predeceased by his parents, Mary Obeline (Boudreau) Burke and Anthony “Tony” Burke; brothers, William “Billo” and Garvey; sisters, Colleen MacAdam and Darlene Doiron.

As per Gerald’s wishes there will be no funeral service.
