Jean Lorraine Gooler of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away at the Hamlets of Red Deer on June 16, 2025, at the age of 79 years.

Jean was born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, on September 25, 1945. She had a great smile, a hearty laugh and loved a good joke. Jean enjoyed visits from her friends and always had a kind and encouraging word for others. She was a devout Catholic who loved God and her church.

Jean was predeceased by her husband Charlie in 2004.

 Psalm 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell forever in the house and in the presence of the Lord.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church on June 26, 2025, at 1:00 pm.
