It is with great sadness that the family of Louis Batiste Paul announces that he passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 4:04 am at Red Deer Hospice with his wife, Jan, at his side. Close family surrounded Lou with love and goodbye prior to his passing.
Lou's family shares their love with all family members who have been close and loving throughout his lifetime. Lou and Jan cherished the strong bonds formed with friends across Canada, the United States, Mexico and abroad who have been part of his life with much happiness and music.
Lou leaves to remember his loving legacy his wife Jan and children Dean (Violet) Paul, Kelly Prive (Darcey Grams) and Lincoln (Barb) Paul; also estranged siblings Dawn, Melanie and Roberta; grandchildren Justin (Samantha), Cody, Jarrett, Spencer, Joseph, Jesse, Mitchell, Victoria, Benjamin and Elio; and great-grandchildren Semiah, Justin Jr, Ander, Ava, Channing and Adam.
A Celebration of Life will be held this summer.
