Obituary of Frances Irene Galloway

Frances Irene Galloway of Rocky Mountain House passed away at the Rocky Mountain House Health Centre after a lengthy battle with cancer on Monday, December 9, 2019, at the age of 79 years.

Frances was born in 1940 in Calgary, Alberta. Eulogy to follow at the Funeral Mass.

Frances is lovingly remembered by her husband, Harold Galloway; sons Douglas (Patty) and David; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother Gordon; and sister Joyce (Richard). She was predeceased by her parents Walter and Annie Grzech, and her brother Ed.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Matthews Catholic Church, 5208 - 53 Ave, Rocky Mountain House AB, on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 1:00 pm. Refreshments will be served in the church basement after Mass.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society, 200 – 325 Manning Road NE, Calgary AB, T2E 2P5, or a charity of one’s choice.
