Obituary of Zyanna Ember Connor

Zyanna Ember Kelly Rose Connor of Millet Alberta, passed away at the Calgary Foothills Hospital surrounded by family on October 29, 2022 at the age of 15.

Zyanna Connor was born August 8, 2007 at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre. Though she had many battles in her life, she was loved by everyone and made friends wherever she went. She had an infectious personality and a smile that would lighten up any room. She was very active and enjoyed participating in swimming, basketball, as well as track and field. She was very social and loved spending time with friends. Zyanna had a great love for animals and was always willing to give a helping hand. She loved being in the outdoors, you could always find her climbing a tree like the spider-monkey she was. Zyanna is greatly loved and will be forever missed.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Foothills ICU for the amazing care they took of Zyanna. They would also like to thank all the workers, family, and friends for all the love and support provided.

Zyanna will be lovingly remembered by her grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, sister, and friends. At this time, a private family gathering is to be held at a later date.
