Obituary of Michael James Weston

Michael James Weston of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on February 16, at the age of 41.

Michael was born in Calgary, Alberta at the General Hospital in June of 1981. A gentle soul with kindness in his heart for strangers and those he loved. Michael will be remembered for his amazing sense of humour and his uncanny wit. Mike was an avid reader, much like his mom. Very much a wanderer and an entity that lived like the wind. Mike did not conform to a repressive life in his mind. Michael was free, yet he battled many hardships along the way. A soldier of life and someone whom many will dearly miss. Michael touched many lives and he will leave an indelible memory for all that have known him.

Michael will be lovingly remembered by his son Tyler Jedidiah Cromarty; daughter Kira Weston; and his two brothers Gordon Kieren Kelly Weston, and Denim Sean Weston. Mike is predeceased by his mother Deborah Gail Weston. A Memorial Service to celebrate Mike’s life will be held at a later date.
