Obituary of Phyllis Marie Donald

Phyllis Donald, 83, of Blackfalds, passed away at the Lacombe Hospital on May 28, 2023. Phyllis was born in Lacombe, Alberta on February 15, 1940, to Gwen and Dale Blackmore of Blackfalds, Alberta.

Phyllis is survived by her sister Arlene; children Michael Donald (Anne), Tammy Ellison (Jeff), Kathy Fedorchuk (Trevor), Guy Donald (Sheryl), and Allan Donald (Amber); grandchildren Angie, Wayne, Rocky, Holly, Carrie, Mandy, Nick, Mackenzie, and Kai; as well as by numerous great grandchildren.

A memorial service to celebrate Phyllis’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, in Phyllis’s name, to the Lacombe Hospital at 5430 47 Ave, Lacombe, or through their online foundation at www.lacombehealthtrust.com.
