Obituary of Tyler Ashley Alcock
Tyler Ashley Alcock of Ponoka, AB, passed away on August 2, 2023 in his home at the age of 25 years.
Born in June of 1998 at the Red Deer Hospital, Tyler was raised in Sylvan Lake, Edmonton, and Ponoka. He did his early schooling years in the Ponoka Elementary School, and later did schooling through correspondence learning and through the Ponoka Outreach School.
Most of Tyler’s employment time was spent doing stucco work on houses and other buildings, but he also did insulation work, window cleaning, and helped with building trusses. He was known as a hard worker by all his employers, and many described him as being very conscientious.
Tyler was an avid musician; he was very skilled and loved playing his bass guitar. He was also known to be very good with technology. Tyler also loved his cat, Princess.
Tyler will be lovingly remembered by his father Ashley (Kathleen); mother Wendy (Jean); sister Emily; and his stepbrother Gideon as well as numerous extended family members and friends. He touched the hearts of many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
