Obituary of Dickie John Gosselin
Dickie John Gosselin of Red Deer AB passed away at the Red Deer Hospice on October 2, 2023, at the age of 75 years.
Dickie was born in Willow Bunch, SK, to parents Rose and John Gosselin. It was on October 17, 1970 that Dickie married Linda Senger. For almost 40 years, he worked at Home Building Centre in Red Deer.
Dickie enjoyed the outdoors and had a passion for hunting, fishing, quadding, camping and archery tournaments. He enjoyed being outdoors and relaxing in the sun. Dickie also enjoyed being with family and playing crib.
Dickie will be lovingly remembered by his spouse Linda Gosselin; son Rick Gosselin; daughter Deana (Reece) Navrot; grandchildren Colton (Kendra) and Gaberielle Gosselin; great grandchildren Henlee and Emsley; brothers Noel, Earl, Herb, Garry, Mike and Danny; sisters Vivian Cuthbertson, Pauline Greaves and Julie Dixon as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
Dickie was predeceased by his parents, John and Rose, and by his brother Brian.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Pioneer Lodge, 4324 – 46 A Ave., Red Deer, AB on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.. lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Red Deer Hospice Society, 99 - Arnot Ave, Red Deer AB T4R 3S6.
