Obituary of June Alwilda Clarice Scott

With family by her side, June Alwilda Clarice Scott (nee Cox), of Red Deer, Alberta went to be with her Lord and Saviour on December 30, 2024 at the age of 87 years.  

 

June was born to Fred and Clarice Cox in Gladstone Manitoba. June was known for her love of many crafts and hobbies as well as being a great wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many.

 

June had four children, 12 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. She leaves behind daughters Valerie and her son, Audrey and her family; son Trevor (Amy) and their family and Ken (deceased) and his three children, and their families as well as numerous other family members and friends.

 

June was predeceased by her husband, son, parents as well as numerous other family members. She was the last of her generation of the family.

 

“THANK YOU” to all the doctors, nurses and staff on Unit 31 of the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre for all their love and care given to our Mom in the 95 days she was in the hospital.

 

A service to celebrate June’s life will be held at the Liberty Christian Assembly, Unit 1B, 6315 -  Horn Street, Red Deer, AB on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 1:00 pm.
